What types of training programs do you offer and what sports do you train?
We offer customized performance training programs tailored to individual athletes' needs across various sports.
We train athletes from every sport. Our comprehensive system and individualized approach to training allows us to cater our programs to all demographics. From football to swimming, from young to adults, there is no sport or client we can't help.
How can I schedule a training session with Athletes Of The Future?
Is my child old enough to start training?
Based on our experience as trainers, we have pinpointed some cues that can tell you if your children are not yet ready to start training:
- Their sport season involves a snack schedule
- Youhave to dress them in their uniforms for games if any of these cues characterize your situation, don't worry. Take some time to allow your kids to fall in love with the sports they choose. When they can honestly agree on performance aspects they want to improve, then it may be time to look for a sports training program.
What do I expect from this training?
When starting sports perfromance training with AOF, you can expect improvement in areas that our system prioritizes, including: mobility, stability, strength, power, speed, agility, & plyometrics.
One of the most important aspects of starting a training program is to have realistic expectations. It needs to be understood that early results can flucuate. Everyone ranges in different levels of athletic ability, strength, and speed, so some clients may see progress faster than others. We focus on building a solid training base for all our clients no matter what their starting point is. One 4-week training block will not produce NFL Combine numbers. Attainable goals and commitment to a full program will set the stage for an athlete to reach his or her full potential.
