For Serious Athletes Only:

This Program Isn't For Everyone.

This program is built for football players who want more than just workouts - it's for those who want results.

Every session is structured, every rep has a purpose, and every coach expects your best effort.

If you're looking for an easy way out, this isn't it.

If you're ready to show up, work hard, and separate yourself from the average player - you're in the right place.

We expect effort, discipline, and consistency from every athlete who joins this program. You don't need to be the biggest or the strongest - you just need to be committed to becoming the best version of yourself.

"The difference between good and great is what you do when nobody's watching. This is where that difference is built."

Proof & Credibility:

Built on Proven Results

Our athletes see measurable gains every cycle - and parents notice the difference:

"My son Jax has always been highly driven and athletically talented, so we felt we could train on our own. Everything changed for him once we built a trusting relationship with Tyler and Cristian and decided to fully commit to their process and program. AOF pours into their athletes mentally, physically, and emotionally. The results for Jax have been life changing and I will forever be grateful for their commitment to his success and well being on and off the football field." - Jeremy Higgins (Father to Jax Higgins, All-Conference, All-State, & 2024 The Day All-Area Player of The Year)
